  1. How can I buy ProManage Cloud?

It is a kind of application that works with subscription system. You can start using ProManage Cloud with choosing the suitable package for your business.

  1. What is the ProManage Cloud Packages?

It has 4 different package opportunity. According to your business’ needs and aims with choosing suitable package you can start using application.

  1. Can I change my subscriptions between the packages?

You can change your subscriptions between the packages. While you have more solution opportunities whey have an upper package, when you go to package low, you give up a number of solution options.

Your consultancy requests regarding ProManage Cloud are provided by our ProManage Cloud Support team.

Database services are carried out in accordance with advanced encryption and security standards, and user and rights management within the system is based on authorization.

Machine number that can be follow is about the package number that you have. There is no limit of package number that can be bought.

With Google Chrome Browser you can reach the system from any device.

System definitions and all data are available in the Cloud environment.

In order to prevent data loss, database maintenance and backup operations are carried out by our IT team.

a. Scope and price disambiguation support
after filling the pre-request form, you can identify the system with demo request.

After that our account executive will contact with you and explain suitable scope and package opportunities to you. According to your confirm you can see all details about scope and cost in order form.

b. Ordering
your order will be finalized after payment the cost of order with accepting order form and contract that will be send to you.
c. Payment methods/ billing details

You can make your payments to the account number that will be send to you.

– Device cost billing: after payment about your device cost, the devices will be billing shipped to you and invoiced.

d. After the payment is completed, your membership/account activation information will be sent to your e-mail address.

After we reach your payment you can start using the system with the activation cod that we will send your mail address.

All your requests and expectations will be meticulously examined by the ProManage Cloud Team and the most accurate solution will be provided.

a. With our education video, you can do your installation by yourself.

For the first installation and configuration, you can do installation, configuration and “go live” processes in the part of knowledge based explanations and videos of ProManage Cloud Support Portal.

b. You can request support with AR from the ProManage Cloud team

Users can receive remote access or telephone support service in the initial setup and configuration processes

In addition to telephone and remote access support, our AR-supported applications provide support to the maintenance and technical team, especially in hardware and communication issues. Educational and guiding support is provided by making transactions with the real environment image over the application.

All the machines that wanted to follow manufacturing can be connect to system.

For the machines that can be taken manufacturing signals;

Production, work stop decision is made automatically. Example machines: CNC, Press, Universal Lathe, Injection etc…

For the machines that cannot be received manufacturing signals but can show work situations with signals;
Production quantities can be entered manually and operating and stopping status are automatically followed. Example machines: Oven, Drill, Paint Shop, etc.


For the machines that cannot be received any signals;
If the machines desired to be followed with a manual declaration.

 Machines can be included in the system. Example machines: Manual drill, manual assembly tables, etc.

Determining the number of machines to be followed,

 Purchasing packages for the specified number of machines

Having Edge PC

For the machines that taken signal from;
   
-If Smart Counter will be used for data collection, Smart Counter devices should be provided as much as the number of machines to collect data,
-if having data will be done from OPC, having OPC server and having needed driver license.

For the preparation of the communication infrastructure;
   
-Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection for smart counter communicatıons

-Necessary infrastructure (Modbus, TCP/IP), for PLCs to communicate with OPC Server 

-PC or Tablet where operators can access the IPC interface for data entry.

a. Can I do installation by myself 

You can complete the installation yourself by reviewing the videos and documents prepared in order to complete the installation process without any support.

If you want you can have installation service by us.

b. How long does it take to install?

After the account activation and the necessary hardware preparations are completed, you can activate the system.

Hardware preparations depend on the preparation time of the company. All other processes can be completed within the same day and the system can be put into use.

You can have the system with subscription options starting from € 19 per month and start your business’s digital transformation journey.

After your payment shipping of the devices will be done to the address that written in the order form. Devices will be shipped to you free of charge by our contracted cargo.

You can have operator and usage/ access education for package 2, 3, 4

b. consultancy opportunities;

You can demand consultancy service during the period of installation and start up.

a.Will a maintenance contract be required?

Support services for ProManage Cloud software continue throughout the subscription commitment period. During this period, there is no additional maintenance agreement to be made, and users can get free support service either from the support portal or from customer service.

Guarantee term of devices’ is 2 years following the delivery to company. In this time period every problem that may be appear will be solved without any cost and if necessary, on-site interventions will be made.

Failures and problems caused by hardware failures and operational errors not provided by ProManage Cloud, and any additional and change needs are out of warranty without exception. The service and transportation costs to be provided in this context belong to the user.

 b.How can I have support?

Whether having a special problem or as a new user want to learn how benefit from ProManage Cloud with the best way, we are always here for you!
